What is mentorship?

Mentorship is a relationship between two individuals, with the mentor serving as a knowledgeable and experienced teacher, who passes on training, knowledge or wisdom to the mentee.

A mentor is often seen as a guide, offering the mentee the necessary information and support to learn a new skill.

A mentorship relationship is centered around a desire to grow and learn together.
