9:30 - 10 AM: Welcome by CAMP Team & Introductions

10 AM - 12 PM: Uncovering Your Innate Capacity for Resilience with Sharon Strimling

Business, Leadership and Health Coach Sharon Strimling will lay a critical foundation for participants to first discover, and then expand their innate resilience into all aspects of their lives. Specifically, this workshop will concentrate on how this resilience is built into all of nature, is an unbreakable aspect of nature, and is remembered and easily recognized through direct experience, not memorized or cultivated through practices.

12:45 - 1:45 PM: Setting Yourself Up for Financial Wellness with Chris Edgerly

Holistic Financial Coach Chris Edgerly will guide participants through an assessment of the current state of their finances and lifestyle, followed by determining if they are financially healthy based on a few standard guidelines. Next, participants will envision their dream lifestyle, which then will be reverse engineered to create a direct path from their current lifestyle to the lifestyle of their dreams!

2 - 3 PM: The Essentials of Professionalism with Matt Moore

Matt Moore, the general manager at Winnetu Oceanside Resort will provide an overview of the key elements of professionalism, including the value of being a professional, the importance of dress and appearance, communication and etiquette, work ethic and attitude, and professional development.

10 - 11:30 AM: The Importance of Health & Wellness: A Business Case for Protecting Your Brand with Cynthia Mullins

In today’s connected world, your personal brand is one of your most valuable assets. College students certainly understand and appreciate the importance of owning one’s brand. Employers, graduate schools, business partners, and professional networks increasingly evaluate not only skills and experience but also judgment, resilience, and well-being. This workshop explores how health and wellness directly impact personal brand, professional reputation, academic success, and future career opportunities.

Workshop participants will learn why investing in their physical, mental, emotional, and social wellness is one of the smartest business decisions they can make along their academic and career journey.
