9:30 - 10:15 AM: Welcome & Keynote Speech by Cynthia Mullins
10:30 - 11:30 AM: The Essentials of Professionalism
Matt Moore, the general manager at Winnetu Oceanside Resort will provide an overview of the key elements of professionalism, including the value of being a professional, the importance of dress and appearance, communication and etiquette, work ethic and attitude, and professional development.

12:15 - 2:15 PM: Empowered Interns (Part 1): Setting Goals, Building Skills, and Managing Your Experience with Chelsea Simpson
This two-part workshop is designed to help CAMP interns start their internships with confidence, clarity, and a proactive mindset. Through interactive activities and discussions, interns will learn how to set meaningful goals, navigate challenges, communicate effectively with their supervisors, and connect their internship experience to their longer-term career aspirations.

12:30 - 1:30 PM: Setting Yourself Up for Financial Wellness with Chris Edgerly
Holistic Financial Coach Chris Edgerly will guide participants through an assessment of the current state of their finances and lifestyle, followed by determining if they are financially healthy based on a few standard guidelines. Next, participants will envision their dream lifestyle, which then will be reverse engineered to create a direct path from their current lifestyle to the lifestyle of their dreams!
1:45 - 2:45 PM: Networking & Getting LinkedIn with Kevin Yuen
Career Coach Kevin Yuen will guide the group through an exploration of the power of networking, building professional relationships, and setting up a professional profile to keep track of skills, experience, and connections!
