Marketing Coordination Internship

Circuit Arts is looking for a marketing coordination intern to join their team for the summer! The intern will play a key role in shaping Circuit Arts’ public presence, overseeing the production and distribution of marketing materials to ensure a consistent and high-quality brand identity. Reporting to and working closely with the marketing & production manager, this position will manage the workflows for web content, e-blasts, press releases, print materials (such as posters, ads, and programs), and special projects. Additionally, the chosen candidate will oversee social media channels, developing and scheduling content to increase engagement and reach.
Circuit Arts is dedicated to building community through accessible, meaningful, and diverse art experiences, year round and Islandwide. They are the umbrella nonprofit that produces MVFF, the Vineyard's Drive-In at the YMCA, Circuit Films, and Martha's Vineyard Children's Theater Camp.

Hours: 25 hours/week
Duration: Through August, with the opportunity for extension for the right candidate
Duties + Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote Circuit Arts programming and events.
Coordinate production of promotional materials, working with in-house artists and external vendors.
Manage and update Circuit Arts' websites to ensure all information is current.
Create and distribute e-blasts and press releases.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Skills + Experience
Required skills:
Graphic design experience is required, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or the full Adobe Suite.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and branding consistency.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.

Compensation + Perks
Compensation: $20-22/hour, depending on experience
Perks: The intern will have free access to all Circuit Arts’ events, including the Drive-In at the YMCA and film, theater, and music events at the Grange Hall.

CAMP! Internship Program Requirements
BootCAMP!
CAMP! interns are required to participate in BootCAMP–a weekend of in-person professional development workshops. Topics covered include professionalism, goal setting, skill development, financial wellness, and preparing a professional profile.
Upon completion, interns will receive a certificate of completion. Exemptions may be permitted under exceptional circumstances.
When: Saturday + Sunday | June 21 + 22, 2025
Location: In-person at Slough Farm in Edgartown, MA.

Mandatory check-ins
Throughout the program, interns will participate in check-ins with the CAMP team.
This includes an initial onboarding meeting at the beginning of the internship program, a group coaching session, and an end of program check in.
During check-ins, interns will reflect on their personal and professional goals and accomplishments relating to their internship experience.
